I can't remember where i stop at for my last post.

anyways i was thinking about some stuffs before i fell asleep... some things that i want to remember, some things that i want to take note of, some things that i want to do... the thoughts were just running and i soon fell asleep. I can't remember much of them, I was trying to recall.

anyways i was just thinking on how people comment that i am someone of a virtuous wife standard and continues saying that somewhere along the line that guys out that should be looking for someone like that, or that guy would be pretty blessed to have someone like that.

logically true, but seriously, i was thinking, if in future i was to be married to someone because of such qualities, that guy might as well marry some girl from vietnam or china.
It is not entirely pleasing to hear , though they are virtues instilled by my mother who always believe that a girl should know how to cook, clean, take care blah blah blah, that these are what a girl should do, her 'job' scope that is in the future.
Well, it has been on-going for centuries, i doubt it will change entirely, but it unnerves me to hear if people marry for someone who has these virtues. seriously then, he should marry a maid.
It is a bonus, not an attribute. pfft.
i.do.not.want.to.be.a.mother.
i want to have fun, to be loved...

There is a difference to being a wife material and a girlfriend material as well i suppose.
and factors like human psychology and charles darwin theory?
those are still valued after all.

what am i to say after all, grrr. i am just to lazy to argue any further.

there's is this GP essay question that goes something like this: Marriage without Children is meaningless. Discuss.
If basing them on our tradition, our society and such, it is indeed worthless, and that does not mean that it is meaningless.
Meaningless happens only when the couple decides not to produce labour of their love? But what about love itself between the two individuals?

Now, interesting stuff that i read in the straits time yesterday.
There is this article on why US will still be the no.1 country in 2039.
In summary, there are largely based on these four points where by
1)the culture of the US people- where they are a hardworking bunch, who bounces back after failures and hard medicine. Like how they did in the past various failures.
2)they have this soft power where the generation of our time and onwards listens to american music, watches american movies, follows american fashion etc etc. Their power to influence. Why, web that we all usually browse such a twitter, youtube, google and such are produce by americans.
3)they are creative, they are innovative, they are entrepreneurs. It is in their blood.
4)they have the hard power. They still have the most advance military power. They have the resources- the technology and the brains. The infrastructure.
5)Their schools are still sought after, ie, the universities. So, there are not in short of brains there. Such as in MITs, more than half of their tenures prof are foreigners.

Well well, despite china's uprising which is pretty much impressive, there are still points such as they are still ranked no.100 in the IMF ranking as there are still much poor people in their country. Income disparity is still very much prevalent. There are not much freedom of speech nor freedom to access resources, pretty much censored..
